In a significant stride toward fostering community and extending care, our company proudly introduced its inaugural RV project, aptly named the Gale Force 1. (We had many active and retired military service members within the company as well as in leadership.) As a member of the IT team, my role shifted from marketing, but the call to contribute to this impactful venture led me back to my design roots. I was tasked with presenting diverse design iterations featuring various nurses on the RV to key stakeholders and our CEO.

Key Project Elements:
  • Nurse-Centric Design Iterations: To amplify the spirit of community and inclusivity, multiple design iterations were meticulously crafted. Each design featured different nurses, emblematic of the diverse faces within our clinician community. The goal was to celebrate the individuals contributing to our shared mission of ensuring no one goes without care.
  • Strategic Brand Integration: Every nurse showcased on the RV underwent careful Photoshop enhancements, integrating our brand logo seamlessly into each image. This not only reinforced our brand identity but also created a visual tapestry that resonated with the heart of our mission.
  • Large-Scale Impact: Recognizing the magnitude of the project, special attention was given to ensure each detail aligned with the grandeur of our vision. From the individual nurse portraits to the overarching design theme, every element was a deliberate step toward making "Gale Force 1" a symbol of unity and compassionate care.
